Subscription terms
Billing and license lifecycle
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual plans are billed in advance and renew for the same period until canceled.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time. Paid access continues through the current billing period, and cancellation prevents the next renewal.
Expiration
Failed renewals receive a 7-day grace period. After expiration, the account moves to Free and paid features become unavailable.
Refund eligibility is separate from cancellation. Review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Yes. Start with the Free tier or request beta access with your codec workflow. We can help you validate the product against representative content before a production rollout.
Which codec does CodecLens support?+
CodecLens currently supports H.265/HEVC bitstream analysis. H.264/AVC and AV1 are not currently supported product codecs.
How does annual billing work?+
Developer and Pro can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing uses a discounted yearly price. Enterprise is sold as an annual plan.
